Concrete is comprised of sand, #89 limestone, Type I/II Portland Cement, nylon fiber, and water. The actual amount of water required can vary widely due to seasonal changes and customer requirements. We do not send out overly wet loads. The extra water will dilute the mix and make the concrete weaker. Customers are free to add more water at their job site to meet personal mix preferences.
Concrete U-Cart trailers must be returned clean and empty of all concrete or a minimum $100.00 cleaning fee will be charged. Trailers leave our facility with enough water on board to flush the inside and outside of the drum. Detailed cleaning instructions are provided with each rental. Renters must flush at their job site. Trailers are due back within 3 hours of the open contract time. Late trailers will be charged additional rental rate. It is especially important that renters leave the drum spinning during the travel to and from True Value Rental. Otherwise, damage to the drum casters may occur during travel.
The renter is responsible for all damage (including dried concrete) to the U-Cart trailer.
NO CONCRETE WILL BE ACCEPTED AT OUR FACILITY
